Coaching WorkshopsThe "headless chicken" scenario is all too common in today's pressurised world. When I talk to many people about their every day existence they will describe their life as:
What does this mean? For the individual, this generates a huge amount of stress; it drains energy and focus and causes ill health. For the employer, this stress can lead to a demoralised and unproductive employee, struggling to do his or her best at work and maybe failing. Employers today realise the value of a committed and energised work force. We often hear from organisations that "our people are our most important asset". And pioneering companies are seeking ways to support their work force to unlock its incredible potential and drive the business forward. Attracting and retaining the best talent is a challenge for all employers - increasingly people are asking employers "What's in it for me?" Employers must point to a track record to illustrate how they support their staff. Practical ways of supporting employees will ultimately pay dividends in terms of increased morale, staff retention and improved performance and productivity. Catherine Dudmesh Coaching runs on-site employee workshops that focus on creating an effective balance between work and personal priorities, reducing stress and building self-esteem. How I can helpAt Catherine Dudmesh Coaching, I offer a series of workshops as part of a client's initiative to support employees. There is no magic answer - I believe, however, that we all have the internal resources we need to find our own solutions within ourselves and to take the necessary actions to get the life we want. Coaching provides the key to unlock that future. Examples of workshops include:
The sessions are high energy and interactive. The sessions can range from an extended lunch hour session (one and a half hours in duration) to half or full day workshops. The sessions are thought provoking, challenging and ultimately rewarding. To find out more about how coaching could help both personally and professionally, just get in touch. |
